Sometimes it seems like your best ideas come from nowhere when you’re not trying, per se. This track came out of fooling around with some ebow guitar samples. Somehow having 4 different-length loops does something wonky to my brain. This track is literally 4 loops, but it held my interest and I’ve been listening to it for 2 hours now…
This is a rough mix — there’s some distortion that isn’t the good kind towards the end and I think I could add some bits here and there …

The name is a pun on the EBow guitar samples, but it came to mind because it’s the Flickr name of my friend Lester Kenyatta Spence, who grew up in Detroit back in the Music Institute days.

Hey I like that track. Those flutes petering out to reverbiness remind me of something by eno.
